Mitchell S. Cohen, Manager and President, is a successful attorney who has practiced and specialized in complex litigation issues and provided consultation to numerous attorneys and firms regarding a host of issues related to toxic materials since leaving the U.S. Department of Justice in 1979. Although Mr. Cohen is licensed to practice law in Kentucky, Michigan, New York and Pennsylvania, MSC Advisors does not practice law and exists solely to consult with individuals and business entities in the consulting areas listed above, so they may be better informed to handle the challenges facing them going forward. He recently left to establish his individual practice, in conjunction with several other personal injury firms, in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cohen served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in both Michigan and Pennsylvania as Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division and Chief of the White Collar Crime and Fraud Unit in Pennsylvania. He then became both an associate and partner with the firm of Blank. Rome, Comisky & McCauley from 1979 to 1988.
